We challenge the norm of fitness for moms by offering classes that specifically train muscles that are most effected during pregnancy and childbirth. We dial in on feeling strong and building confidence throughout any stage of motherhood so that moms can safely and effectively prepare their bodies during pregnancy and rebuild their strength postpartum. Whether you rock our virtual bootcamp, 1:1 personal training, or mommy and me fitness class - we lay the foundation of corrective training so that you can master form, breathe and proper core engagement. Our programs progress week by week so that you are continually growing stronger and more confident with every move. Modifications and progressions are always in play so that you every mom can meet herself where she is at and get the most out of her workout.</image:title>

      <image:caption>Danielle is a Pre &amp; Postnatal Fitness Specialist with experience in group fitness, virtual classes and 1:1 personal training. She created Mighty Mama CLE because she saw a major gap within the fitness industry - there was an extremely limited pool of workouts that provided a supportive atmosphere and beneficial exercises specifically FOR a mother’s body. After having her first daughter, she felt driven to create this community in the Cleveland area so that mom’s don’t only have a safe space to rock a workout, but to also connect with other moms who are in the thick of navigating motherhood and self-awareness. Danielle and her husband have two children, a dog, and reside in North Ridgeville. She graduated from Ohio University with an Early Childhood Education degree and continued on to teaching elementary school for 5 years in Arizona. She is beyond thrilled to be able to continue her passion of teaching moms the importance of self love, community, and corrective training. Danielle can’t wait to help YOU release that inner MIGHTY MAMA.</image:caption>
